Interpreters translate from one language to another orally, in a live situation.

Our highly skilled interpreters not only have an excellent command of both languages, but also have in-depth knowledge of the subject or sector they are working in.

This is important because although an interpreter may have access to reference material prior to the assignment, this is not always the case. It explains why we are meticulous about assigning the right interpreter to the right subject matter.

Of course, our interpreters adhere to professional codes of conduct, including confidentiality, and are also knowledgeable about the cultures of the languages they are working in.

We can tailor the choice of interpreters to any gender or cultural considerations you may have. We always try to find an interpreter as close as possible to the location of the assignment, but if this is not possible, we will advise you of any necessary travel expenses in advance.

We will ask you to supply as much information about the assignment as you can, including reference material for the interpreter and details of any specific terminology, as preparation is vital.
